BizDev Manager

What you’ll do:

Lead generation and partner relationship ownership.

Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.

Drive end-to-end sales efforts to customers and partners by providing platform and technological

capability information, case studies, market potential, etc.

Iterate on product-market-fit through detailed knowledge of customer needs. Design and drive Go-to-

Market strategies in collaboration with the Business Development, Product, and Marketing


Collaborate with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations, ensure

successful project delivery, and help set expectations for future potential growth.

What you’ll need:

4+ years of Sales/Business Development experience in tech or sports.

Strategic thinking and the ability to drive change end-to-end from concept to execution.

Ability to lead and project-manage across multiple functional areas and in different time zones.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Technical knowledge and familiarity with the R&D process.

Flexibility to travel.

Bonus Points:

Entrepreneurial experience in a startup growth company – advantage.

Led a business/product line and assumed revenue responsibility – advantage.

Compensation, Benefits And Perks:

WSC Sports US-based roles range in salary from $110,000 – $140,000.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and education. On top of the base salary, the benefits available for this position are:
