Technical Partnerships Manager

As a Technical Partnerships Manager, you’ll be focused on driving growth through leading technical/commercial relationships with key partners, and managing the go-to-market of strategic new services and product innovations from pilot to full-scale roll-out across the company.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish and manage business relationships with key technical partners, identify new business opportunities, drive product integrations and lead cross-organizational projects
  • Serve as the technical and product POC for partnerships, assisting accounts in tapping into unrealized opportunities to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-organizational teams to drive Go-To-Market strategies and innovative offerings. Engage with the Product and R&D teams to harness industry insights and client feedback, enhancing the company’s product and value proposition continuously
  • Take full ownership over goals and targets, lead and execute end-to-end partnership cycles in collaboration with key stakeholders and C-level management
  • Monitor partners’ performance, analyze metrics for revenue and margin opportunities, and suggest or implement changes based on the results
  • Attend conventions and speaking opportunities to enhance the visibility of WSC Sports’ brand and generate new commercial opportunities
  • Identify specific client needs and drive partnerships to cater to them
  • Conduct incisive and in-depth market and competitive research, prepare revenues forecasts and set targets
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Growth, Account, and Product teams to construct a partnership roadmap and execution strategy
  • Design tailored partnership engagements by adapting existing marketing materials and creating new ones for specific partner interactions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the business development and account teams are equipped with the necessary partnership materials and support for sales activities, trade shows, and proposal replies
  • Actively seek opportunities for collaboration within the Generative AI space, leveraging industry trends and technological advancements to drive joint growth

What you’ll need:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Partnerships or BizDev roles within a tech B2B company, with a SAAS product
  • Strategic thinking and proven ability to drive processes end-to-end from concept to execution
  • Independent learning skills with high proficiency in conducting comprehensive research and analysis
  • Great people skills and the ability to empathize with potential customers and partners
  • High ability to work independently and self-manage
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages – advantage

Bonus Points:

  • Relevant experience in managing and executing sales cycles for SaaS products
  • Experience working in a multinational environment and navigating different time zones
  • Technical background and familiarity with the R&D processes
  • Entrepreneurial experience within a fast-growing startup environment
  • Previous experience in a consulting firm
  • Passion for sports – watching and talking about sports on a daily basis!
  • Background and experience in the video technology industry
