What you’ll do:

As the Marcom Manager, you will drive and execute the company’s global communication plans and initiatives, manage all our social media channels, and serve as our brand ambassador in all global marketing communications activities.

The Marcom Manager will report to the Brand Marketing Lead and will work closely with our content writers, regional marketing managers, product marketing managers and the design team, to develop WSC Sports’ brand as a leader in the sports media industry.

  • Create and execute marketing strategies which include influencer marketing, co-marketing, and user-generated content
  • Shape our brand’s voice in social media and develop a strategic plan for the company’s social media accounts based on best practices and engaging initiatives
  • Engage with relevant communities, promote content organically and create brand awareness campaigns
  • Develop and leverage relevant content for different marketing channels including events, digital marketing, and social media
  • Work closely with product, account and business development departments to ensure messaging optimization and cross-functional alignment
  • Build and launch the company’s internal communications plan 

What you’ll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Communications manager
  • Strong knowledge in digital platforms & social media
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, English at a mother tongue level
  • Creative storyteller, able to build engaging content and master communication methods and trends 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player 
  • Experience working with Hubspot – an advantage
