Employer Branding Specialist

As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting our company’s image as an employer of choice. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our employer brand, attract top talent, and cultivate a positive and engaging workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker, adept at utilizing various channels to communicate our employer value proposition (EVP) and enhance the overall employee experience.

What you’ll do:

Brand Development:

  • Develop and refine the company’s employer brand strategy in alignment with organizational values and goals.
  • Craft compelling narratives that showcase our unique culture, opportunities, and employee experience.

Talent Attraction:

  • Create and implement innovative recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints.

Employee Experience Enhancement:

  • Partner with HR and internal stakeholders to identify and implement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Leverage employee testimonials, success stories, and other content to highlight our workplace culture.

Digital Presence:

  • Manage and create content on various digital platforms, including social media, career sites, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, ensuring a positive online reputation.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute employer branding events such as Meetups, community events etc, both virtual and in-person, to engage current employees and attract potential candidates.

What you’ll need: 

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an employer branding position In the tech industry or a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and talent acquisition trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English at a mother tongue level
