Customer Success Team Leader

WSC Sports is looking for a top notch Customer Success Team Leader in our office in Tel Aviv. This role is a critical juncture between our sophisticated product and client satisfaction. It’s for someone who understands the ins and outs of complex technologies, has excellent customer management skills and desire for business expansion. 

The Customer Success Team Lead will provide coaching and mentorship to an existing team of Customer Success Managers, as well as being in charge of the end to end renewal and upsell cycles of our EMEA SMB clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage, mentor and lead CSMs, who are managing a large portfolio of clients with a focus on increase usage, expansions and renewals
  • Ensure execution of customer journey touchpoints, including onboarding, usage tracking, upsells and renewals
  • Work closely with our customers with the drive to help them change their work and achieve their business goals 
  • Work in collaborating with our Sales/bizev, Product, Development, Marketing and Sales teams 
  • Empower your team to better Identify upsell opportunities, leveraging and finalizing them directly with the customer
  • prepare sales forecasts & manage team quarterly/yearly targets

What you’ll need:

  • At least 3 years SaaS CSM or Account Management experience for B2B organizations
  • At least 1 year experience as a Customer Success or Account Management team leader
  • Relevant experience in managing & executing SaaS products upsell and renewal cycles
  • Interest in sports, watching and talking sports on a daily basis
  • Ability to understand complex products and technologies, and explain it simply
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • Willingness to frequently travel domestically and abroad

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the sports industry and social media
  • Media streaming familiarity
  • Languages: French, Spanish, German
