We operate a platform that analyzes live sports broadcasts, identifies events that occur during the game, and creates a customized short-form video content (the “Video Content”) to be published in various digital channels, such as YouTube (the “Services”).

The website provides content and information about the Company’s technology and platform (the “Website Content”). It also provides information regarding the Company itself as well as open positions at WSC Sports. The Website Content is presented for informative purposes only.

Use of YouTube API Services

The Service uses YouTube API Services to publish and distribute the Video Content. Please be informed that by using our Service you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

However, nothing on the Website or in your submitted inquiries requires us to make any engagements or business arrangement with you, partner with you, provide any products or services, engage in any present or future marketing activities or engage in any discussions or negotiations with you.
