Product Manager – Monetization

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Monetization product manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the entire operational process of connecting advertisers with publishers, ensuring maximum yields on publisher sites and apps. If you have a strong background in digital advertising, excellent communication skills, and a knack for technical details, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive monetization strategy for our digital products, focusing on maximizing revenue and sustainable growth.
  • Understand and prioritize the most impactful policies for our ad compliance roadmap and the most needed tracking solutions to open up impactful demand.
  • Research and analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new monetization opportunities and improve existing revenue models.
  • Work with advertiser, publishers and partners to understand their needs and requirements
  • Work closely with external and internal R&D, Technical writing, UI design, Customer Success, Support and Marketing teams.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and features.
  • Write detailed product requirements of new features, API capabilities, integrations, and UI components. Create wireframes for new products and features.

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS High-Tech companies.
  • 3+ years of experience working in ad-tech / online publishing companies leading monetization capabilities as a product manager.
  • Practical knowledge with monetization, digital marketing, and advertising technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and other campaign management platforms. 
  • Experience in integrating 3rd party advertising platforms, like SSP’s or DSP’s in web and in-app environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ad tech and familiarity with industry-standards and tools 
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including product strategy building, requirements definition, UX / UI, engineering, QA, and release.
  • Technical experience in previous roles.
  • Experience with writing detailed product specs.
  • Ability to analyze data and extract insights out of it.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a true team player with a “can-do” approach, great communication skills, and working in a super challenging and dynamic startup environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
