As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of WSC Sports’ digital strategy and assist with all digital marketing-related activities. 

You will help develop and execute all digital marketing campaigns that build our brand identity, help increase brand awareness, drive WSC Sports’ business growth and help solidify our unique position in the Sports-Tech market throughout the various digital channels.

The Digital Marketing Specialist reports directly to the Brand Marketing Lead and works closely with web developers and designers, as well as the content, brand, and BI teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the development of the company’s website, including its day-to-day operation, maintenance, and performance monitoring
  • Manage SEO infrastructure and campaigns  
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing Managers to help hit the region’s annual targets, through targeted digital marketing campaigns, including analyzing results and improving the funnel of leads
  • Promote marketing assets on the company’s digital platforms (conferences, webinars, recordings, video demos, blogs, PRs, etc.)
  • Implement and manage our marketing automation solution
  • Master the most updated trends, best practices, tools, and processes in the digital marketing field

What you’ll need:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager, preferably for B2B SaaS technology companies 
  • Familiarity with WordPress (Landing Pages, builder)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)
  • Experience with SEO techniques and tools, Google Analytics
  • Experience running campaigns on social media platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing freelancers, writers, agencies and other external resources 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to collegiate teamwork
