Regional Marketing Manager

Israel | Marketing | Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing programs across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

This is a hands-on role that requires active involvement in the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, from strategy development to implementation

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. 
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel demand generation programs through digital channels, media outlets and and events, utilizing in-depth knowledge of the sports media market  
  • Lead the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, conferences, workshops and other field marketing activities to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and foster relationships within the region.
  • Lead and execute ABM strategies tailored to specific accounts aligning to sales needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with the content and product marketing teams to create, adapt and localize marketing collateral, messaging and campaigns to resonate with the unique characteristics of each market.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, providing them with the necessary tools and support for regional success.
  • Manage and measure marketing programs, report results and optimize activities. 

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of professional hands-on experience in regional marketing/B2B tech company and/or background in sports/media 
  • Proven track record of working with B2B sales organization to build and deliver results
  • Self-starter; able to work independently in a rapidly growing company with a growth mindset; eager to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
  • Team player with strong project management skills and experience, including managing external events vendors, and international projects; 
  • Results driven a track record of delivering measurable results through the implementation of successful marketing programs.
  • Passion for sports- an advantage
  • Experience with APAC region – an advantage 
  • Experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce and/or Outreach – an advantage
