Office Manager - NY

WSC Sports is looking for a part time Office Manager to join us and be responsible for the general operation of our office located in New York. The position is part-time with a potential to grow to full time and take on more responsibilities as the team grow.

What you’ll do:

  • Overseeing general office operation
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Organizing company events or conferences
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Assisting the organization's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date and so on
  • Managing office budgets
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience as an Office manager
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  •  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, schedule,  etc.
  • Familiarity with Trinet or any equivalent professional employment platform - Advantage 
  • Familiarity with NYC rules and regulations with regard to employers and employees - Advantage
