Office Manager - NY

WSC Sports is looking for a part-time Office Manager to join and be responsible for the general operation of our office located in New York. The position is part-time with the potential to grow to full-time and take on more responsibilities as the team grows. We are looking for a team player, an organized and assertive individual who it’ll be a pleasure to work with every day.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee general office operation.
  • Book transport and accommodation.
  • Organize company events and conferences.
  • Purchase office supplies and equipment, and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.
  • Assist the organization's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date and so on.
  • Manage office budgets.
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.


What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, schedule, etc.
  • Familiarity with Trinet or any equivalent professional employment platform- advantage.
  • Familiarity with NYC rules and regulations concerning employers and employees- advantage.
