What you’ll do:

-As a business development manager, you'll drive & execute end-to-end sales cycles, build & manage strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and lead cross-organizational projects.

-Identify strategic commercial opportunities to grow and develop the business:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services 
  • Own end-to-end process from initial research and planning to implementation

-Design and drive Go-To-Market strategies and innovative offerings in collaboration with a cross-organizational team:

  • Interact with the Product & R&D teams to utilize industry insights and client feedback to continuously improve the company’s value proposition.

-Take full ownership over goals and targets, lead and execute end-to-end sales cycles while working with key stakeholders and C-level management:

  • Own end-to-end sales-cycle management - from lead generation, throughout the negotiation process to closing the deal.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets. Independently build a large pipeline of leads to drive sales.
  • Identify specific client needs and tailor value propositions accordingly. 

-Drive, build and manage new partnerships to support the company’s strategy. 

-Design and execute commercial interactions:

  • Adapt existing and develop new commercial materials for specific client interactions. 
  • Participate in conventions/speaking opportunities to promote WSC Sports’ brand and generate new commercial opportunities.

-Manage ongoing commercial relationships and maximize new commercial opportunities:

  • Plan and execute initiatives to increase WSC Sports’ value proposition to existing clients.
  • Interact with the Account Management team to effectively grow commercial relationships.

What you’ll need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in BizDev teams in a tech B2B company, with a SAAS product.
  • Strategic thinking and proven ability to drive processes end-to-end from concept to execution.
  • Independent learning skills with high proficiency in conducting in-depth research and analysis. 
  • Great people skills and the ability to empathize with the potential customer/partner.
  • High ability to work independently and self-manage.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with the potential customer/partner.
  • Willingness to frequently travel abroad and work in flexible hours.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages - advantage.
  • Technical knowledge and familiarity with the R&D process.

Bonus Points:

  • Relevant experience in managing & executing SaaS products sales cycles.
  • Experience working in a multinational setting and different time-zones.
  • Technical knowledge and familiarity with the R&D process.
  • Entrepreneurial experience in a startup growth company.
  • Passion for sports - watching and talking sports on a daily basis.
