As the Corporate Development Manager, you will identify, assess and execute potential mergers, acquisitions, investments, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships in order to support the company’s growth strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish and execute a global inorganic growth strategy for the company’s core and adjacent markets
  • Create M&A strategies based on relevant domains, identifying alternative targets
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify potential M&A targets and investment opportunities on an ongoing basis
  • Identify, engage, and create a pipeline of non-organic growth opportunities
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, structuring, contracts, and integration planning for Corporate Development deals
  • Lead engagement with companies in a wide range of markets, ecosystems, and geographies

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate development such as investment banking, venture capital, or direct M&A supporting functions
  • Strong analytical, valuation, and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and promote new ideas
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to see the ‘big picture’
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with internal and external partners
  • Proactive, self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and fluid environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from a university in Economics/Law/Computer Science/ Management/Accounting
