2021 couldn’t have come quicker after a rough year for us all in 2020 that was constantly interrupted with Covid related lockdowns and quarantines. Well, we’re happy to say after finally arriving, 2021 certainly didn’t disappoint for WSC Sports and our extended family of staff all around the world. Come and take a quick look at what life at WSC Sports is like through some of the amazing moments we shared together in 2021…
We all missed family during lockdowns, so in early 2021 on ‘Family Day’, to show them just how much we missed them, we gave each employee the option to send a beautiful bouquet of flowers to someone special to them.

Nobody celebrates Purim like we do at WSC Sports. It’s definitely one of the landmark events on our calendar each year. In fact, we love it so much we refused to allow the restrictions the pandemic forced upon us in 2021 to take the spirit away from this amazing holiday. So, since we couldn’t have our annual Purim party in the office, we decided to bring the party to everyone’s house. The WSC Sports superhero party van went around all of Israel, from north to south, to spread the festivities and fun to all employees and their families, and at times, even the entire neighborhood! Join us to take part in our Purim 2022 celebrations. We can’t wait to see what’s in store.

We’re blessed at WSC Sports to have stability in the workplace and a chance to grow, so it’s important for us to think of others and always remember to give back. So on ‘Good Deeds Day’, we partnered with the Venatata Association and went to the Geriatric Center in Givat Hashlosha to help build an ecological forest and make Israel a little bit greener. The day was a massive success, and everyone enjoyed it immensely.

Coming into April, lockdowns started to end, so there was only one thing left to do… celebrate and party! We gathered the entire Tel Aviv office for a classic Wild West American-style barbeque in the park and enjoyed amazing food, drinks, music, contests, mechanical bull rides, and much much more. It was the perfect way to say howdy to each other again after such a long time apart.

Now back in the office, our incredible HR team thought that everyone deserved a chance to work on their wellbeing and to de-stress. To do so, they created a two-day wellness program to center and re-energize everyone’s mind, body, and soul. The program consisted of pilates classes, mindfulness meditation, functional fitness training, nutrition seminars, healthy snacks, and more. The classes were so successful that some of them became a weekly part of our life at WSC Sports.

In America, our New York team celebrated the end of the lockdown with a beautiful brand new workspace. After a full year of working remotely, we thought it was only fitting to begin this new chapter in a new office. We welcomed back our team with champagne and a yummy buffet… We have many seats to fill in 2022, so come over and join us.
